How is grief RESTORED?

Grief is an emotional wound that needs healing.

The same neurons in the brain fire when we mentally imagine something as when we experience an event. Finding new ways to visualize healing from grief will help each of us pave the way to a restored life. Different pictures will resonate with different people.
