Healing from Grief: The Harsh Winter that Hopes for Spring

After a long harsh winter, we often welcome the warmth that spring brings.

The same neurons in the brain fire when we mentally imagine something as when we experience an event. Finding new ways to visualize healing from grief will help each of us pave the way to a restored life. Different pictures will resonate with different people. Do not worry if this picture does not work for you. We will discover more pictures of what healing could look like in the days ahead.

(This picture describes the grief process found in my book: "RESTORED: A Self-Paced Grief Workbook for Your Journey from Loss to Life," Published in 2020.)
