Good Mourning with Marilyn, Episode #14 will help you practice another exercise to ease your emotions. As we talked about before, when we're in the midst of loss we have intense emotions that can happen to us and if we're not in the midst of doing our intentional acts of mourning then we need to be able to transition out of these intense emotions and back into our daily lives.

I recommend practicing it daily and as you practice it you'll become more familiar with how to calm yourself down and in time you will be able to ride the wave of your emotion more calmly.
